Integrative Health Center of Chapel Hill offers both phone appointment scheduling and direct online scheduling for established patients and clients. Those new to the Center should make their first appointment by telephone.

Integrative Health Center of Chapel Hill has partnered with MindBodyOnline, which is a secure, easy-to-use, HIPAA-compliant internet-based scheduling software program.
You can use this system to make, change, or cancel your appointments directly and at your convenience via the internet, any time of day or night. Making appointments this way is really very easy to use once you become familiar with our system. This will also allow you to see at a glance when our providers are available and to see the cost of each provider’s services.
The first time you use this system, you will be asked to create a user name and password. You will also be asked to enter your name, address, telephone number, and email address. When you use this system in the future, all you will need to do is to enter you name and password and click on a service or provider and make an appointment directly online.
Your contact information will be kept secure and confidential. We will never give or sell this information to anyone. This contact information is for Integrative Health Center’s use only. Your health or medical information will not be entered or stored in this system.
Please note that appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time or you will be charged for the full cost of that visit.
