Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy/Late Arrivals
Late Cancellation Policy at the Center
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance) will be
considered a "no show" and are subject to a fee at the
discretion of the individual provider/practice.
No Show Policy at the Center
A failure to present at the time of a scheduled appointment
without prior cancellation within 24 hours will be recorded in
our appointment system as a "no show." A letter with notice
of the no-show, along with a fee of $50.00 will be sent out.
This fee is billed directly to you and not the insurance
company. The fee needs to be paid prior to scheduling any future
appointments. Three "no shows” in 1 year may result in
termination from that practice. Please note that no shows
inconvenience both the provider and those individuals who need
access to care in a timely manner.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment
may result in your appointment being rescheduled or in reduced
appointment time. If the appointment has to be rescheduled it
is subject to a no show fee at the discretion of the provider.
Providers at the Center do their best to be prompt and stay on
schedule for all of their patients. The Center values our
patrons’ time and we strive to keep waiting time in the lobby to
a minimum. Please do your part and plan for traffic, arrive a
few minutes before your appointment to check in, and fill in any
needed paperwork prior to your appointment time.
